BBFC film regulation

  1) Research the   BBFC  in more detail: what is the institution responsible for? How is it funded? What link does it have to government? This   history of the BBFC page   may help. It is an independent, non-gov ernmental body funded  through charged fees . This means film distributors have always paid a fee to have their works rated.  The BBFC is designated by the Department of Culture, Media and Sport to  provide evidence to help secure convictions under the terms of the Video Recordings Act (VRA) 1984 2) Read this  BBFC guide to how films are rated . 1) What is serial television drama? Write your own definition. Drama serials tell a a story which then results to a resolution.
